To get there, on the call we talk about the main components of training needed to get you prepared for your trip. You need to be training by doing the following:

  • distance walking or hiking

  • elevation gain (hiking, stairs, treadmill, step ups or stairmaster)

  • carrying weight on your back

  • lunges, stretches, HIIT, gym time

  • rest and recovery
