This program is the best choice if you are attempting a more difficult, longer distance or longer duration hike or climb, such as Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, Rim to Rim or any multi-day distance hike or climb.

The program starts with a base 4 week program, builds in weeks 5-8, peaks in weeks 9-10, and tapers in weeks 11-12. This is the critical progression for success.

We start with a phone consultation, understanding your current level of fitness, and learning about your specific hiking, trekking and climbing goals.

From there, I build a 12 week program for you to follow. While there is no guarantee, the program will definitely help you succeed with your specific goals.

We will also have weekly recorded video / zoom calls. The first call is to talk you through the program, and get you comfortable with it.

We will then have weekly calls to

  • review your progress with the program,

  • identify any road blocks,

  • check your mindset,

  • make adjustments along the way, and

  • hold you accountable to the program.

All video / zoom calls will be recorded.
